Our Plant Power

KEY INGREDIENTS:
Triphala (Blend Of 3 Fruits Of Amalaki + Bibhitaki + Haritaki) + Brahmi + Tulsi + Fennel + Cinnamon

TRIPHALA
A mix of three incredibility power-packed fruits. High in tannin compounds, Amla contains 20 times the concentrated vitamin C of an orange, for beauty from the inside, out. Bibhitaki is a natural tonic that effectively decongests and clears toxins, while Haritaki strengthens immunity, muscular function and the intestinal wall.

BRAHMI
This rejuvenating herb contains nitric oxide - commonly prescribed by Ayurvedic practitioners to improve mental clarity, focus and energy levels. Brahmi naturally increases the triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4) in the blood, which in turn helps boost metabolism and fat.Amalaki is one of the most powerful sources of vitamin C. It improves the working of fat metabolism.

Inspiration

“Standard capsule supplements are subject to a great deal of industrial processing in order to neutralise taste and offer convenience, but this means they are harder for the body to digest and lower in nutrients. Our organic powdered superfoods deliver vital nutrients, vitamins and minerals in a form the body can recognise and process so that it gets exactly what it needs.”

- Bittu Kaushal - Co-Founder Mauli

Ritual

Occasionally people can have an aversion to certain herbs. As these are potent and powerful herbs, we suggest starting with a quarter tsp with a meal, warm water or honey and as with any new herbs, build tolerance slowly and gently. Check with your practitioner, especially if you are taking any other meditations or herbal remedies.

Keep a diary noting the foods you're eating, your daily routines and how you’re feeling mentally and emotionally and then drop into what you need monthly and seasonally. The beauty of Ayurveda is you’ll soon begin to tune into your unique constitution and know intuitively what you need.
